There is a land of the living and a land of the dead and the bridge is love.

Thornton Wilder

I work collaboratively and compassionately with bereaved people, helping them pay tribute to the person who has died. Each person is unique, and my approach to any farewell I officiate at is always with that in mind – to honour that person by telling their story and empowering their loved ones to share their own tributes. Here are some comments from people I have worked with.

I just wanted to thank you for not just doing your job as the celebrant, but for being so supportive and encouraging. Without your words to get me going, encouragement and tips on how to get through I wouldn't have been able to do the eulogy. Thanks again. All the best to you and your biscuit baking husband.

Thank you so much Pinky, once again for doing such a beautiful job making sense of our stream of consciousness memories. It was a wonderful eulogy, and we’ve had a lot of very positive comments once again, many people saying they learned a lot about Mum's life. It was a real comfort to have you with us at the crematorium.

Hi Pinky, I just want to say a huge thank you to you. Your support and guidance through dad's passing was fantastic. It couldn't have been better. We are so pleased with our day yesterday. The service was wonderful. Very special. I think dad would have been very happy with his send off.
